My Fiancée & I are moving to Grace Nashville once they open! We love the location, the elegant/sophisticated aesthetic, and the incredible amenities. We love the team there, they have been so communicative with us and really worked hard to find us the best unit for our needs! Also, major selling point for us, they have a huge indoor dog area! It’s so much larger than other buildings in the area & it’s covered! So super convenient to take our pup out when it’s snowing or raining! Overall, this is such a great property. I’ve been to most high rises in Nashville and there is something super unique about Grace! Highly recommend taking a tour & talking to the team if you’re interested in living in Midtown!

I toured with Nick, the property manager, and it was the best apartment touring experience I’ve ever had. I had toured 10 complexes in Nashville before touring Grace Apartments and no one treated my friend and I with so much kindness and patience than Nick! He never made us feel rushed during the tour and let us tour multiple different floor plans and units so I could make the best decision for myself. While making my decision, I reached back out to Grace Apartments and spoke with Cassi, who is just as kind and helpful as Nick! I’m moving from California and was no longer in state and spoke with Cassi and she took videos of every unit I asked to see so I could see which unit I loved most. I can’t thank her enough for taking the time to tour/video every unit I requested and being so patient with me. I’m so excited to move into Grace apartments knowing the team is so kind, thoughtful, and patient with their tenants and potential tenants.

Walked in at the end of the day asking for a tour and they were all so happy to help. Grace was still under construction but they were so kind as to help me look at what was safe to see thus far and gave me all the information I needed in regard to being a future resident. While searching for apartments near the Midtown area, I came across Grace from an online search and loved the amenities and lay out of the 2 bed 2 bath. I recently took a tour there with Sean, which was so awesome. He was able to answer all of my questions and show me apartments that best fit the needs that I was looking for! The entire staff at Grace was very welcoming and have been extremely supportive during the whole process. I am praying that it will soon be my new home!
