Yes, all units have luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit, but are beautifully accented with a white marbled tile in the bathrooms.

What is the length of the lease?

Available lease terms offered at this community are 12-18 months, & 24 months.

Are short-term leases available?

No. Our community does not offer short-term leases. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

What happens if I need to break the lease early?

Is renter’s insurance required?

How much notice is needed before moving out?

When is rent due and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 5th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

The parking options at our community include reserved parking only inside a gated garage spaces. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

Is the parking garage gated?

Yes, and each space inside the gate is reserved, making coming home to your space easy and stress free. This means no more hunting for an available space.

Yes, all range hoods are vented outside of the units.

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Is there a maximum number of occupants?

Can guests stay over, and for how long?

Our guest policy is guests are not permitted to stay longer than 7 consecutive days without being added to the lease. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
